Refund policy
Returns
We very much hope that you will enjoy your SUR CHOCOLATES choice but if your product is damaged or substandard, we are happy to arrange a refund or resend the order. We cannot accept returns as perishable goods cannot be returned.
To request this, please contact us on info@surchocolates.co.uk with your order details.
You have 7 days to request this option from the date you receive it.
Replacement
If you have changed your mind and would like to replace any item we would do our best to help you out but we can do it only if the dispatched or pick up email hasn't been sent. All our products are made from fresh specially for you!
If we can replace the items we will do it as fast and practicably possible as again, all our products are made fresh. Some delivery times may apply.
Refunds

Refunds will only apply if our dispatched or pick up email hasn't been sent.
In case the orden hasn't been sent you could request a cancellation and a refund will be issued as soon as possible although a transaction fee of 3GBP will be charged and be automatically discounted.
Once your case is reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
