Lots of different textures going in here bound together by the lemon zinginess. Really tasty. One of my favourites.
These Lemon Pie Alfajor are seriously delicious. It was the perfect balance of sweet and tart with a buttery note which really made it taste like pie! Also they look gorgeous.
Seriously delicious
I thought I'd give these little treasures a try as a result of a Sunday newspaper recommendation, so included a few in their dinky individual tins as Xmas stocking fillers, but of course had to do a trial run myself...and the Lemon Pie Alfajor was my first choice. This is properly delicious, not too sweet and with plenty of tangy ganache-just the right balance. Combine that with good quality white chocolate and you've pretty much got my vote every time. I shall be ordering a box of this flavour all to myself!
