OK, I have to say all the alfajores are amazing (and yes, I've tried all flavours, including the sold out specials!), but this one has to be my absolute favourite, despite the fact that I usually don't touch white chocolate! The chocolate ganache between the biscakes more than makes up for the white chocolate covering, and the balance of flavours is THE BEST!
One of the best combinations I've tried in a sweet treat.
If you haven't tried Yerba Mate, I would encourage to try it and expect to get notes of Green Tea and Dulce de Leche heaven
